David Stern Passes Away; Knicks Blowout Portland! 1/1/20

Happy 2020 everybody! Today we have a shorter day in the NBA with 4 games on the schedule tonight!

Today, the NBA Family experienced a tragedy as former NBA Commissioner David Stern had died at the age of 77. Stern was hospitalized in in December, and he unfortunately passed away. He was the commissioner of the NBA from 1984-2014. He will be greatly missed my the NBA community.

Orlando Magic vs Washington Wizards

Prediction: Orlando Magic

The Magic go the nation’s capitol to take on the Wizards.

The Magic cruised to a 122-101 win.

DJ Augustin had 25 points and 9 assists for the Magic.

Bradley Beal had 27 points and 5 assists for Washington.

Minnesota Timberwolves vs Milwaukee Bucks
