Playoffs Day 13

Pre Game: Today, we only have 1 playoff game, and it’s Game 6 of #2 Denver vs #7 San Antonio. Denver won Game 5 in a blowout and now look to close out the series on the road. The Spurs are looking for the home win tonight, and they would have to win in Denver to win the series.

Game 1: The only game on the NBA schedule was #2 Denver vs #7 San Antonio. The winner of this series will pace #3 Portland. Denver will have the homecourt f they advance, while the Spurs will have to play on the road. At the end of the 1st quarter, the Spurs led by 10, 34-24. LaMarcus Aldridge had 13 points, Paul Millsap had 10 points. The game was close throughout, until the Spurs outscored the Nuggets 30-18 in the 4th, winning 120-103. 51 combined for DeRozan and Aldridge, Jokic had 43 points, 9 assists, and 12 rebounds. The series is now tied 3-3 and Game 7 will be back in Denver. It will a test for the young Nuggets, but if they play well, they could advance to the 2nd round. If the Spurs win, then they would have won the last 2 games in the series and advance to play #3 Portland.
