Playoffs Day 18
Pre Game: It’s the 18th day of action as we have 2 games on the schedule, #1 Milwaukee vs #4 Boston and #1 Golden State vs #4 Houston. Both Golden State and Boston took 1-0 series leads in Game 1 as Milwaukee and Houston look to tie the series in Game 2.
Game 1: In the 1st game of the night, #1 Milwaukee looks to even up the series vs #4 Boston. Boston was dominate in Game 1, and Milwaukee needs to involve their star Giannis Antetokoumpo more if they want to win. The Bucks cruised to a big win, 123-102. Giannis had 29 points, 28 for Khris Middleton, Marcus Morris had 17, Jaylen Brown had 16. The Bucks outscored the Celtics 39-18 in the 3rd quarter, opening up the game and put the Celtics away. The series is now tied at 1-1 heading back to Boston.
Game 2: In the 2nd game of the night, #1 Golden State vs #4 Houston. The Warriors won a tightly contested Game 1, 104-100, but the Rockets almost had the game. Now in Game 2, James Harden and the Rockets look to even up the series before heading back to Houston. At the half, the Warriors led 58-49. Klay Thompson had 13 points, James Harden had 12 points. At the end of the 3rd quarter, the Warriors were still up 7, 82-75. Kevin Durant had 20 points, James Harden had 16 points. The Warriors managed to hang on and win 115-109. 29 from Kevin Durant, 21 from Klay Thompson. James Harden had 29 points, 18 from Chris Paul. The Warriors now take a 2-0 series lead as they head back to Houston. Houston needs to win both games to stay in the series.
