Simulating The NBA Finals

After my last 3 posts, here we are, at the NBA Finals. I projected that the Bucks and Clippers would meet for the trophy. Let’s see who wins.

#1 Milwaukee Bucks vs #2 LA Clippers

I think that this is a pretty even matchup. The Bucks have Giannis, and lots of pieces around him who are very capable of making shots. The Bucks are also very good defensively, and they will be very tough to stop. The Clippers have so many offensive weapons on offense, it’s not even fair. But, on the defensive side of the ball, that is another story. They have so many guys to guard Giannis, like Kawhi Leonard, Paul George and Marcus Morris. Any one of these guys is capable of taking on Giannis, and then the Clippers can clog the lane with their length to take away driving lanes. This series will be very even, but I see the Clippers winning 4-2. The Bucks will have to control their many different offensive weapons, and then the Clippers have the ability to slow down Giannis with their length, but if they cannot somewhat control Giannis in this series, then the Bucks will win. The Bucks can win if they play really good defense on all of the Clippers scorers, and they have to get Giannis some space to operate, weather it’s driving down the lane, or kicking it out to shooters, they will need to give him as many opportunities that they can in order to win. But, I still see the Clippers winning this series 4-2.
